Stockmann's is Dr Dirty's favourite beer. I don't think I've referred to it by name before, but you can spot bottles of it in the strip all the way back to strip #1. The label looks like this:



There are a lot of recurring brands like this in Chaff City. Maybe in future updates I'll point some more out :)

(Also... how bad is that first strip, huh? Yuck! I can't believe I drew something like that and didn't have my hands amputated afterward).
